PharmaVentures acted as advisor for sale of PhotoBioChem, N.V. patent assets to SpectraCure, AB

PharmaVentures announced today that it had acted as an advisor and broker to the PhotoBioChem, N.V. Holland for the sale of its patent assets to SpectraCure AB, Sweden.
