PharmaVentures' Consultancy team has a broad range of experiences covering multiple sectors of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Walter Jantschko PhD (Business Analyst)
Walter obtained his PhD at the University of Applied Life Sciences (BOKU), Vienna in 2004 where he undertook research on inflammatory conditions and authored and co-authored more than 15 peer-reviewed publications. He subsequently worked at Sanochemia AG and then Baxter Bioscience Vienna, managing projects in areas such as neurodegenerative diseases and influenza vaccines. In 2007 he joined PharmaVentures as an Analyst in the Consultancy Group and has contributed to successful projects involving deal analysis, product valuation and litigation support. Walter holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Institute for Economic Development, Vienna.
Jansen Jacob, PhD, MBA (Business Analyst)
Jansen Jacob has over 15 years experience in the biotechnology sector covering areas like plant science research, animal health, DNA therapeutics and immunotherapy. He has been involved in variety of projects including product valuations, market and competitor research analysis as well as business plan development. He joined Pharmaventures in 2007 and holds a Doctoral degree in Biochemistry from the University of Sussex and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University
