Database Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Database Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a confident and self-motivated dynamic problem solver who is committed to learning, keeping abreast of technological and data development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the objective of this role is to drive adoption of the CRM system within the company, improve existing systems and processes for business growth and provide support to colleagues through quality of system implementation, quality of data and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
Working closely with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure effective compliance and delivery of data whilst simultaneously leading the ongoing project to develop the CRM and deploy its usage across the business.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience of generating contact lists and reports from Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365

Responsibilities:
- Have an awareness and basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and its capabilities
- Data cleansing and data entry to ensure all records in the Dynamics CRM database are accurate and kept up to date
- Maintain and develop the GDPR compliant database as a tool for direct mail, response analysis, meetings, campaign follow-up and for tracking customers’ purchasing behaviour
- Maintain the company project pipeline and create target lists by researching companies, entering all leads, client, meeting, and project information into the Dynamics CRM database
- Create contact lists for marketing and business development activities, assisting with generation through segmentation of data by various criteria including job role, company type and customer behaviour
- Manage mailing lists in Mailchimp or similar system and ensure the CRM reflects any changes to clients who have opted out of receiving marketing materials
- Troubleshooting and liaising with support company to fix issues and maintain 3rd party applications and CRM add-ons for Dynamics, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator ClickDimensions and PowerMailchimp
- Manage all new user setups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of contacts/leads/opportunities for deactivated users
- Manage database security/integrity and backup procedures
- Design processes for maintenance procedures and put them into operation in updating the CRM on an ongoing basis
- Business and process analysis and reporting, including business development pipeline, ROI from conference attendance, campaigns, and other lead generation activities for both the company and client companies
- Planning, delivering and documenting CRM development to benchmark its current state and how it should be in the future, participating in system implementation projects including requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution
- Writing customised reports, documentation, and operating manuals
- Delivery of training and related documentation
- Ensuring the company is legally compliant
- Work with external consultants to design and develop the system as the company requirements increase whilst testing and modifying the database to ensure it operates reliably, ensuring developments are signed off before they are implemented

Director
Our business is undergoing a period of growth, and we are therefore looking to expand our management team to help lead the execution of new & existing projects, and ensure we fulfil client expectations to the highest standards.
The Role:
You will join the management team to provide both leadership and expertise to our project teams, helping them to achieve operational excellence in line with client expectations. In addition you will support the project teams in both their career and personal development, and identify skills within the business that can be utilised to achieve project success. You will have proven leadership experience and will be able to demonstrate the impact you have had in previous roles.
You will have/know how to develop a network of contacts with our clients, investors and external partners and will build and maintain strong trusted working relationships with all stakeholders.
This role will represent PharmaVentures at external events and client meetings, and as such you will be comfortable presenting and engaging with individuals up to Board level.
You will have the ability to lead and manage negotiations and will have extensive project management experience in order to make effective decisions and take action as required. As well as building on business opportunities, you will review and challenge (if necessary) existing practices and propose and implement improvements.

Business Development Director
PharmaVentures is a transactional advisory business whose main clients are healthcare life science companies from around the world. We are recognised experts in M&A, Licensing, Fundraising for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech and diagnostics.
We are looking to recruit a Business Development Director to generate leads and to work closely with the Corporate Advisory group to ensure appropriate development of leads into new business.
As a public face of PharmaVentures, you will represent the company at conferences and partnering events, personally engaging with prospective and existing clients to develop new opportunities and consolidate existing relationships as well as maintaining and enhancing our network globally, especially USA, Europe and S Korea.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will deliver effective operational and sales pipeline control within the CRM process, acting as an interface between our business-winning activities and project fulfilment within the corporate advisory team as well as responsibility for working with Corporate Advisory in developing campaigns and with the Marketing team for their execution.
