Information is an asset and PharmaVentures acknowledges that there is a corporate responsibility to safeguard such information provided to us by our clients. PharmaVentures has in place policies and procedures with regards to Office and Data Security and Data Protection and we are fully committed to complying with our obligations as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR. Although PharmaVentures, and in particular PharmaVentures Capital Ltd does not have eligible complainants as defined in the FCA handbook DISP 2.7.3R, PharmaVentures is committed to achieving the best client outcomes. PharmaVentures has a complaints policy and procedures, and as such we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint or enquiry, in writing, and endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as is practicably possible, however, sometimes matters may take longer to investigate, in this instance we will keep you informed and will provide you with our final written response within eight weeks of compliant receipt.

2.2.1 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as authors of material on the Website must always be acknowledged;
